SUMMARY |

This enactment would require the Minister of Health to provide
scientific evidence that a food is harmful to human beings when used
as indicated or suggested before that food could be regulated as a drug.
This enactment will also permit any therapeutic claims to be made for
any food unless the Minister of Health provides scientific evidence that
the food is harmful to human beings when used as indicated or
suggested.
