SUMMARY |

This enactment provides that certain vertically integrated gasoline
suppliers who manufacture more than twenty percent of the gasoline
they sell at retail are unduly lessening competition in the supply.
|
|
|
|
Such an arrangement constitutes an offence under the Act.
|
|
|
|
The new offence applies from January 1, 2002.
|
