SOMMARY

This enactment amends the Criminal Code by allowing a court that convicts a person of a child pornography offence to order the foreiture of any thing

    (a) in relation to which the offence was committed, or

    (b) the possession of which constituted the offence.

An order may not be made in respect of the property of a person who is not a party to the offence.
