This enactment amends the Criminal Code to
|
|
|
|
(a) modify offences for sexual interference with a person under the
age of fourteen years and for invitations to sexual touching involving
such a person;
|
|
|
|
(b) change the punishment for offences committed by persons in a
position of authority and for sexual assault; and
|
|
|
|
(c) require persons convicted of any of these offences to undergo
treatment.
