Her Excellency the Governor General recommends to the House of
Commons the appropriation of public revenue under the circumstances,
in the manner and for the purposes set out in a measure entitled ``An Act
to amend the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act''.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
This enactment amends the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act
by
|
|
|
|
(a) separating the functions of chairperson of the Board and chief
executive officer, and describing the roles and responsibilities of the
Chairperson and President of the Corporation;
|
|
|
|
(b) authorizing additional borrowing; and
|
|
|
|
(c) permitting the Corporation to charge an amount that it considers
appropriate for providing services.
