4. The Interpretation Act is amended by
adding the following after section 34:
|

Powers to Enter Dwelling-houses to Carry out Arrests |
|
Authoriza- tion to enter dwelling- house
|
34.1 Any person who may issue a warrant to
arrest or apprehend a person under any Act of
Parliament, other than the Criminal Code, has
the same powers, subject to the same terms
and conditions, as a judge or justice has under
the Criminal Code
|
