Validity of forms

185. Every instrument and document entered in the register book under Part I of the Canada Shipping Act during the period beginning on November 28, 1991 and end ing on December 31, 1995 is deemed to have been, notwithstanding any provision of that Part respecting the form of instruments and documents, in the form required under that Part.
