amendment re
Bill C-8
|
62. If Bill C-8, An Act respecting the
control of certain drugs, their precursors and
other substances and to amend certain other
Acts and repeal the Narcotic Control Act in
consequence thereof, receives royal assent,
|
|
|
|
(a) then on the later of the day on which
this section comes into force and the day
on which section 81 of that Act comes into
force, paragraph 60(1)(i) of this Act is
repealed; and
|
|
|
|
(b) then on the later of the day on which
this section comes into force and the day
on which section 94 of that Act comes into
force, paragraph 60(1)(n) of this Act is
repealed.

67. This Act or any of its provisions or any
provision of an Act of Parliament enacted
by this Act comes into force on a day or days
to be fixed by order of the Governor in
Council.
