Canada Cooperative Associations Act

35. Paragraphs 6(1)(c) to (e) of the Canada Cooperative Associations Act are replaced by the following:

    (c) the business of a company to which the Insurance Companies Act

    (d) the business of a company to which the Trust and Loan Companies Act

36. Sections 21 and 22, subsection 24(2), section 26, subsections 28(1) and (2) and section 29, or any of their provisions, come into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
