SUMMARY
Le texte modifie la Loi modifiant le Code criminel (exploitation et traite de personnes) afin que certains articles de cette loi puissent entrer en vigueur à des dates différentes.
This enactment amends An Act to amend the Criminal Code (exploitation and trafficking in persons) so that certain sections of that Act can come into force on different days.

An Act to amend the Criminal Code (exploitation and trafficking in persons)
1 L’article 5 de la Loi modifiant le Code criminel (exploitation et traite de personnes) est remplacé par ce qui suit :
1 Section 5 of An Act to amend the Criminal Code (exploitation and trafficking in persons) is replaced by the following:
Articles 1, 2 et 4
Sections 1, 2 and 4
5 (1) Les articles 1, 2 et 4 entrent en vigueur à la date de sanction du projet de loi intitulé Loi modifiant la Loi modifiant le Code criminel (exploitation et traite de personnes), déposé au cours de la 1re session de la 42e législature.
Fin du bloc inséré5 (1) Sections 1, 2 and 4 come into force on the day on which a Bill entitled An Act to amend An Act to amend the Criminal Code (exploitation and trafficking in persons), introduced in the 1st session of the 42nd Parliament, receives royal assent.
