SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Criminal Code to remove the defence based on a purpose related to education or art with respect to an offence under section 163.1 (child pornography).

R.S., c. C-46
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Paragraph 163.1(6)(a) of the Criminal Code is replaced by the following:
(a) has a legitimate purpose related to the administration of justice or to science or medicine; and
