SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Canada Post Corporation Act to require that the sale and disposition of any real property or immovable of the Corporation be in accordance with the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act.

An Act to amend the Canada Post Corporation Act (property)
R.S., c. C-10
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 16(2) of the Canada Post Corporation Act is replaced by the following:
Personal and movable property
(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Corporation may acquire, hold, lease, sell or dispose of any personal or movable property.
Real property and immovables
(3) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Corporation may acquire, hold, lease, sell or dispose of any real property or immovable, and the sale and disposition of any real property or immovable of the Corporation shall be made in accordance with the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act.
