SUMMARY |

This enactment establishes a medal to be awarded by Canada for
service with a peacekeeping force under United Nations command or
another international force.
|
|
|
|
The medal may be awarded to members of the Canadian Forces,
members of Canadian police forces and to others, in classes prescribed
by regulations, who have served in peacekeeping areas in supporting
activities. These supporting activities may include local administration
or the delivery of aid, medical assistance or election assistance.
