SUMMARY |

This enactment makes it an indictable offence to disarm or attempt
to disarm a peace officer, or to interfere with a peace officer's protective
equipment. The offence carries a maximum term of imprisonment of
five years.

|
The offence is included within the list of offences over which a
provincial court judge has absolute jurisdiction.
