Summary	Sommaire
The purpose of this enactment is to make all Crown corporations and the Canadian Wheat Board subject to the Access to Information Act.	Le texte a pour objet d’assujettir les sociétés d’État et la Commission canadienne du blé à la Loi sur l’accès à l’information.

	1. The definition “government institution” in section 3 of the Access to Information Act is replaced by the following:		1. La définition de « institution fédérale », à l’article 3 de la Loi sur l’accès à l’information, est remplacée par ce qui suit :
“government institution” « institution fédérale »	“government institution” means any department or ministry of state of the Government of Canada listed in Schedule I, any body or office listed in Schedule I or any Crown corporation as defined in the Financial Administration Act, and includes the Canadian Wheat Board;		« institution fédérale » Tout ministère ou département d’État relevant du gouver-nement du Canada, ou tout organisme, figurant à l’annexe I, ou toute société d’État au sens de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques. Est assimilée à une institution fédérale la Commission canadienne du blé.		« institution fédérale » “government institution”
