This enactment amends the Criminal Code to repeal a provision that authorizes the correction of a child by force if certain criteria are met.

His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Criminal Code
1 Section 43 of the Criminal Code is repealed.
