SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi sur les produits antiparasitaires afin d’interdire la fabrication, la possession, la manipulation, le stockage, le transport, l’importation, la distribution et l’utilisation du glyphosate.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Pest Control Products Act to prohibit the manufacturing, possession, handling, storing, transportation, importation, distribution or use of glyphosate.

1 L’article 6 de la Loi sur les produits antiparasitaires est modifié par adjonction, après le paragraphe (1), de ce qui suit :
1 Section 6 of the Pest Control Products Act is amended by adding the following after subsection (1):
Glyphosate
Glyphosate
(1.1) Il est interdit de fabriquer, de posséder, de manipuler, de stocker, de transporter, d’importer, de distribuer ou d’utiliser du glyphosate en tant que produit antiparasitaire.
