Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement du Sénat et de la Chambre des communes du Canada, édicte :
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
Nouveau nom : « Châteauguay—Les Jardins-de-Napierville »
Name changed to “Châteauguay—Les Jardins-de-Napierville”
1 Dans le décret de représentation électorale déclaré en vigueur par la proclamation prise en vertu de la Loi sur la révision des limites des circonscriptions électorales le 1er octobre 2013, le paragraphe 21 de la partie relative au Québec est modifié par la substitution du nom « Châteauguay—Les Jardins-de-Napierville » au nom « Châteauguay—Lacolle ».
1 In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of October 1, 2013, under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 21 of the part relating to Quebec is amended by substituting the name “Châteauguay—Les Jardins-de-Napierville” for the name “Châteauguay—Lacolle”.

2 La présente loi entre en vigueur six mois après la date de sa sanction, à moins que le directeur général des élections ne publie auparavant, dans la Gazette du Canada, un avis portant que les préparatifs nécessaires à la mise en application de la présente loi ont été faits et que celle-ci peut en conséquence entrer en vigueur, auquel cas elle entre en vigueur le jour de la publication de l’avis.
2 This Act comes into force six months after the day on which it receives royal assent unless the Chief Electoral Officer publishes, before that day, a notice in the Canada Gazette that all the preparations necessary for the implementation of this Act have been made and that it may therefore come into force, in which case this Act comes into force on the day that the notice is published.
