SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Canadian Navigable Waters Act in order to add the North Thames River, the Middle Thames River and the Thames River to the navigable waters listed in the schedule to that Act.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
