This enactment amends the National Defence Act to repeal the offence of maiming or injuring oneself or another person to render oneself or that other person unfit for service.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

National Defence Act

1Section 98 of the National Defence Act is amended by adding “or” at the end of paragraph (a), by striking out “or” at the end of paragraph (b) and by repealing paragraph (c).
