SUMMARY

This enactment amends the Navigation Protection Act in order to add certain lakes and rivers in British Columbia to the navigable waters listed in the schedule to that Act.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
