An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act (voting hours — Pacific time zone)

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1Paragraph 128(1)‍(d) of the Canada Elections Act is replaced by the following:

  • (d)from Insertion start 8:00 Insertion end a.‍m. to Insertion start 8:00 Insertion end p.‍m.‍, if the electoral district is in the Pacific time zone.
