SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Assisted Human Reproduction Act to remove the prohibition relating to the payment of a female person to be a surrogate mother and to the payment or acceptance of consideration for arranging the services of a surrogate mother.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Subsections 6(1) to (3) of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act are repealed.
