An Act to amend the Navigable Waters Protection Act (ocean watersheds)
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

NAVIGABLE WATERS PROTECTION ACT
1. The schedule to the Navigable Waters Protection Act, as it reads immediately after the coming into force of section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, is amended by adding the following after Part 2:
PART 3
OCEAN WATERSHEDS
1. LABRADOR WATERSHEDS
All the navigable waters situated in Labrador and draining into the Labrador Sea in the Atlantic Ocean drainage basin that are included in the following watersheds:
(a) the Labrador — Northern Watershed;
(b) the Saglek and Hebron Watershed;
(c) the Okak Bay Watershed;
(d) the Tikkoatokuk Bay Watershed;
(e) the Kogaluk and Notakwanon Watershed;
(f) the Adlatok Watershed;
(g) the Kanairiktok Watershed;
(h) the Big Watershed;
(i) the Hamilton Inlet Watershed;
(j) the Eagle and Paradise Watershed;
(k) the Alexis Watershed; and
(l) the Strait of Belle Isle — North Shore Watershed.
COMING INTO FORCE
Coming into force
2. This Act comes into force on the later of the day section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012 comes into force and the day on which this Act receives royal assent.
