An Act to amend the Navigable Waters Protection Act (Shelburne River and other rivers)
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

NAVIGABLE WATERS PROTECTION ACT
1. Part 2 of the schedule to the Navigable Waters Protection Act, as it reads immediately after the coming into force of section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, is amended by adding after item 60 in the columns shown the following:
Item: “60.1”
Column 1: “Shelburne River”
Column 2: “44°12′48″ N, 65°12′46″ W”
Column 3: “44°15′41″ N, 65°31′37″ W”
Column 4: “From Pine Lake to Lake Rossignol”
2. Part 2 of the schedule to the Act is amended by adding after item 62 in the columns shown the following:
Item: “63.”
Column 1: “Margaree River”
Column 2: “46°26′40″ N, 61°06′49″ W”
Column 3: “46°20′12″ N, 61°05′38″ W”
Column 4: “From the confluence with the Southwest Margaree River to the Gulf of St. Lawrence”
Item: “64.”
Column 1: “Southwest Margaree River”
Column 2: “46°20′12″ N, 61°05′38″ W”
Column 3: “46°10′59″ N, 61°09′27″ W”
Column 4: “From Lake Ainslie to the confluence with the Margaree River”
Item: “65.”
Column 1: “Northeast Margaree River”
Column 2: “46°20′12″ N, 61°05′38″ W”
Column 3: “46°33′52″ N, 60°50′59″ W”
Column 4: “From the confluence with the North Branch Northeast Margaree River to the confluence with the Margaree River”
COMING INTO FORCE
Coming into force
3. This Act comes into force on the later of the day section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012 comes into force and the day on which this Act receives royal assent.
