SUMMARY
This enactment changes the hours of voting in British Columbia on polling day.

An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act (voting hours)
2000, c. 9
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Paragraph 128(1)(d) of the Canada Elections Act is replaced by the following:
(d) from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., if the electoral district is in the Pacific time zone.
