SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Corrections and Conditional Release Act to establish a procedure by which an employee of the Correctional Service of Canada may apply to a court to have blood samples taken from an inmate of a penitentiary and analyzed when the employee has come in contact with a bodily substance of the inmate.

SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition afin d’établir une procédure permettant à tout employé du Service correctionnel du Canada qui est entré en contact avec une substance corporelle d’un détenu dans un pénitencier de présenter une demande au tribunal en vue de faire prélever des échantillons de sang du détenu pour analyse.
