SUMMARY
This enactment requires the Government of Canada to publish in the Canada Gazette
(a) all written undertakings given to Her Majesty in right of Canada under the Investment Canada Act in respect of the acquisition of Falconbridge Limited by Xstrata PLC in 2006; and
(b) all demands made by the Minister of Industry in respect of those undertakings.
