SUMMARY
The purpose of this enactment is to amend section 6 of the Air Canada Public Participation Act to include an operational and overhaul centre in Vancouver.

An Act to amend the Air Canada Public Participation Act
R.S., c. 35 (4th Supp.)
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Paragraph 6(1)(d) of the Air Canada Public Participation Act is replaced by the following:
(d) provisions requiring the Corporation to maintain operational and overhaul centres in the City of Winnipeg, the Montreal Urban Community, the City of Mississauga and the City of Vancouver; and
