SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act to prohibit the production, possession and sale of any substance or any equipment or other material that is intended for use in production of or trafficking in methamphetamine.

An Act to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (methamphetamine)
1996, c. 19
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. The Controlled Drugs and Substances Act is amended by adding the following after section 7:
Methamphetamine
7.1 No person shall produce, possess or sell
(a) any substance or any equipment or other material that is intended for use in the production of methamphetamine; or
(b) any equipment or other material that is intended for use in trafficking in methamphetamine.
