Summary
This enactment consolidates and updates the statutes governing the corporation known as the Boy Scouts of Canada in order to reflect more accurately its current status in Canada. It also changes the name of the corporation to “Scouts Canada” and makes other technical and incidental changes relating to the administration of its affairs.
