This enactment amends Schedule 1 to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 to include brominated flame retardants and polybrominated diphenyl ether.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Schedule 1 to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 is amended by adding the following in numerical order:
80. Brominated flame retardants
81. Polybrominated diphenyl ether
