An Act to amend An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act and the Income Tax Act
2004, c. 24
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Sections 26 and 27 of An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act and the Income Tax Act, being chapter 24 of the Statutes of Canada, 2004, are replaced by the following:

Review
26. Within two years after the coming into force of this section, the committees of the Senate and of the House of Commons that normally consider electoral matters shall undertake a comprehensive review of the amendments made by this Act and submit a report to its House containing its recommendations concerning those amendments.
