SUMMARY |

This enactment provides that a person on an international cruise ship
sailing in Canadian waters may conduct and manage a prescribed
casino for the passengers of that ship under certain conditions. It also
provides that a passenger on such a ship may enter such a casino and
engage in gaming and betting.
