Replacement of ``arpenteur en chef'' with ``arpenteur général''

101. (1) The expression ``arpenteur en chef'' is replaced by the expression ``arpenteur général'' in the French version of the following provisions:

    (a) Schedule I to the National Parks Act;

    (b) subsection 37(4) of the Northern Pipeline Act;

    (c) section 39 of the Yukon Placer Mining Act; and

    (d) subsections 14(3), 68(1), 84(1) and (3), 85(2) and 86(1), sections 89 and 90 and Form 11 of Schedule I to the Yukon Quartz Mining Act.

Replacement of ``arpenteur en chef'' with ``arpenteur général''

(2) The expression ``arpenteur en chef'' is replaced by the expression ``arpenteur général'' in the French version of every Act of Parliament, in every instrument made under any such Act and in any other document, unless the context otherwise requires.

Replacement of ``arpenteur fédéral'' with ``arpenteur des terres du Canada''

102. (1) The expressions ``arpenteur fédéral'' and ``arpenteurs fédéraux'' are replaced by the expressions ``arpenteur des terres du Canada'' and ``arpenteurs des terres du Canada'', respectively, in the French version of the following provisions:

    (a) Schedule I to the National Parks Act;

    (b) subsections 23(5) and 38(1) of the Yukon Placer Mining Act; and

    (c) subsections 14(2) and (3) and 34(1), section 38, paragraph 68(1)(c), subsections 74(2), 84(1) and 85(1) and sections 87, 88 and 89 of the Yukon Quartz Mining Act.

(2) The expressions ``arpenteur fédéral'' and ``arpenteurs fédéraux'' are replaced by the expressions ``arpenteur des terres du Canada'' and ``arpenteurs des terres du Canada'', respectively, in the French version of every Act of Parliament, in every instrument made under an Act of Parliament and in any other document, unless the context otherwise requires.

Replacement of ``terres fédérales'' with ``terres du Canada''

103. The expression ``terres fédérales'' is replaced by the expression ``terres du Canada'' in paragraph 7(1)(d.1) of the French version of the Financial Administration Act.

COMING INTO FORCE

Coming into force

104. This Act or any provision of this Act comes into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
