This enactment implements Articles 1 to 22 of the Athens Conven
tion relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea,
1974, as amended by the Protocol of 1990 to amend the Athens
Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by
Sea, 1974.
