SUMMARY |

This enactment provides that only civilian employees of the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police are governed by the Public Service Staff
Relations Act, and that staff relations for police officers of the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police are governed by the Royal Canadian
Mounted Police Act.
