	CHAPTER 15
	An Act to amend the Railway Safety Act
	[Assented to 12th May, 1994]
R.S., c. 32 (4th Supp.)	Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
	*1. Paragraph 24(1)(f) of the French version of the Railway Safety Act* is replaced by the following:**
	f) l'interdiction ou la limitation, notamment par l'installation de clôtures ou de signaux, de l'accès à l'emplacement de la voie de personnes - à l'exception des préposés et agents de la compagnie de chemin de fer concernée -, de véhicules et d'animaux, afin d'éviter que ne soit compromise la sécurité ferroviaire;
	2. The Act is amended by adding the following after section 26:
	Access to Line Works Prohibited
No access to line works	26.1 No person shall, without lawful excuse, enter on land on which a line work is situated.
