SUMMARY |

This enactment amends the Canada Transportation Act to allow
persons who ship goods by rail to be granted relief if they suffer
grievance in respect of a transportation rate or service and to impose the
same obligations on all persons and railway companies that have been
granted running rights to transport those goods.
