SUMMARY |

The purpose of this enactment is to require the Government of
Canada and any agency or corporation of that government to use
alternate dispute resolution as the first method of attempting to resolve
any legal dispute arising out of the application or administration of an
Act of Parliament or any regulations made under it before proceeding
to a court of law to seek resolution of the dispute.
