SUMMARY |

This enactment provides that a grand-parent may make an
application under the Divorce Act to be granted access to or custody of
a grandchild without having to obtain leave of the court to make the
application.

|
|
These amendments would be subject to a review by a parliamentary
committee three years after their coming into force.
