SUMMARY |

The purpose of this bill is to lower the maximum speed that may be
reached by a motor vehicle by providing that such vehicles must be
equipped with a maximum speed control device and prohibiting any
person from removing the device, rendering it inoperative or reducing
its operating capacity.
