SUMMARY |

The purpose of this enactment is to establish a code of conduct for
members of the Senate and House of Commons, to provide for an officer
of Parliament to be known as the Ethics Counsellor to advise members,
administer disclosures of interests and carry out investigations of
complaints under the direction of a Joint Committee of the Senate and
House of Commons.
