SUMMARY |

Under this enactment, no one shall export water from Canada by
pipeline, railway tank car, tank truck or tanker or interbasin transfers.
|
|
|
|
For the purpose of this enactment, ``water'' means surface and
ground water, but does not include water packaged as a beverage.
