SUMMARY |

This enactment amends the National Defence Act. Its purpose is the
removal of the words ``Her Majesty's Canadian Ship'' or the initials
``H.M.C.S.'' from the hull or any other exterior part of any vessel of the
Canadian Forces that is commissioned as a vessel of war.

|
|
For the purposes of this Act, ``Her Majesty's Canadian Ship'' means
any vessel of the Canadian Forces commissioned as a vessel of war.
