This enactment amends the Canada Elections Act to allow the Chief
Electoral Officer to authorize:
|
|
|
|
(i) the late filing of a candidate's elections return and corrections of
the return if filed within the prescribed time; and
|
|
|
|
(ii) the presentation and payment of a claim after the prescribed time.
