SUMMARY |

The purpose of this enactment is to impose the death penalty in all
cases of first degree murder committed by a person eighteen years of
age or more.
|
|
|
|
This enactment also changes the length of the prison terms that can
be imposed on people under the age of eighteen who have committed
first degree murder.
