(a) of not less than $20,000 or more than $100,000, where the person is an employee organization;

    (b) of not less than $10,000 or more than $50,000, where the person was acting in the capacity of an officer or representative of an employee organization when the offence was committed; or

    (c) of not less than $500 or more than $1,000, in any other case.
