SUMMARY |

This enactment repeals the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act
and sets out a new régime for the establishment of electoral boundaries
commissions and the readjustment of electoral boundaries. The
enactment also repeals the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment
Suspension Act, 1994.
