|
39. The Department of Energy, Mines and
Resources Act is repealed.

40. The Department of Forestry Act,
chapter 27 of the Statutes of Canada, 1989,
is repealed.

Repeal
|
41. An Act to amend the Department of
Forestry Act and to make related
amendments to other Acts, chapter 44 of the
Statutes of Canada, 1992, is repealed.
|
|
|
|
|
Coming into
force
|
42. This Act comes into force on a day to
be fixed by order of the Governor in
Council.
